Marketing & Communications Policy

ElevenOrbits may send marketing communications about managed infrastructure, AI services, automation, security, support offerings, product updates, events, promotions, and related business services.

Marketing messages may be sent by email or other business communication channels when you request information, create an account, submit a form, become a customer, interact with the website, or otherwise provide contact details in a business context.

Marketing opt-outs do not stop service, billing, security, legal, support, account, renewal, payment, invoice, or operational communications. These messages are required to administer accounts and services.

Examples include order updates, provisioning questions, payment confirmations, renewal notices, support replies, security alerts, policy updates, and account access messages.

Where consent or a subscription preference is required, ElevenOrbits will use the contact details and preferences available to us to manage marketing communications. You should only submit contact details that you are authorized to provide.

If your organization gives ElevenOrbits a shared inbox, role-based address, or employee contact list, your organization is responsible for making sure it has the right to share those contacts for the requested business purpose.

You may ask ElevenOrbits to stop sending marketing communications. We will process opt-out requests within a reasonable time, but you may still receive messages already in progress or non-marketing communications needed for active services.

Promotional offers may be limited by eligibility, geography, account status, service availability, billing cycle, duration, or other conditions stated with the offer. ElevenOrbits may modify or withdraw promotions where permitted by law.

A promotion does not change existing contracts, invoices, renewals, taxes, third-party charges, or service obligations unless ElevenOrbits confirms the change in writing.
