At Eleven Orbits, we view your subscription not merely as a transaction, but as a commitment to the continuous availability of your digital assets. Whether you are running a mission-critical VPS, a high-traffic WordPress site, or a private email cluster, our billing infrastructure is designed to ensure one thing: Zero Interruption.

By utilizing our Services, you agree to the financial governance outlined in this Subscription & Top-Up Policy. This document serves as the financial blueprint for your partnership with us.


2. Subscription Framework

Our services operate on a Prepaid Subscription Model. This ensures that resources (CPU, RAM, Storage) are dedicated exclusively to your account before deployment.

2.1. Billing Cycles

We offer flexible commitment tiers to match your business lifecycle:

  • Monthly: Maximum flexibility for short-term projects.

  • Quarterly: A balanced approach for growing startups.

  • Yearly: Designed for established enterprises, often carrying distinct price advantages.

Note: Your billing cycle begins on the day your service is activated (Provisioning Date), not the day you register your account.

2.2. The “Lock-in” Principle

When you subscribe to a VPS or Hosting Plan, Eleven Orbits physically reserves resources in our data center for you. Because this “digital real estate” is taken off the market for your exclusive use, subscription fees are charged in advance and cover the entire duration of the cycle.


3. The “Top-Up” System: Instant Scalability

In the digital world, traffic is unpredictable. Our Top-Up System (also referred to as “Account Funds” or “Service Credits”) is designed to give you instant elasticity without upgrading your entire contract.

3.1. How Top-Ups Work

Think of Top-Ups as a Digital Wallet integrated into your Eleven Orbits dashboard. You can load funds into this wallet at any time. These funds can be used to:

  1. Burst Scaling: Instantly purchase additional RAM or CPU cores during a traffic spike.

  2. Add-on Procurement: Acquire dedicated IP addresses, SSL certificates, or Premium Backups instantly.

  3. Automated Renewals: Serve as a fail-safe payment method for your recurring invoices.

3.2. Rollover & Validity

  • Never Expire: As long as you have an active subscription, your Top-Up credits never expire. They roll over month-to-month, remaining available until you need them.

  • Non-Refundable: Once funds are loaded into your Eleven Orbits Wallet, they are strictly non-refundable. They must be consumed within the platform.

    • Why? This policy is strictly enforced to comply with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and to prevent payment fraud.


4. Automated Renewal (The Safety Net)

To prevent accidental data loss due to forgotten invoices, Auto-Renewal is enabled by default for all services.

  • How it Works: Our system will attempt to capture payment 24 hours before your service expires.

  • Priority Logic: The system will first check your Top-Up/Wallet Balance. If insufficient funds exist, it will charge your primary Payment Method on file.

  • Your Control: You may disable Auto-Renewal at any time via the “Billing” section of your dashboard.

    • Warning: Disabling Auto-Renewal places the responsibility of manual payment 100% on you. Eleven Orbits is not liable for data loss caused by service expiration due to disabled auto-renewal.


5. Payment Methods & Security

We support a friction-free payment environment secured by enterprise-grade encryption.

  • Accepted Methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Stripe.

  • PCI Compliance: Eleven Orbits does not store your credit card numbers. All payment data is tokenized and processed by our regulated payment gateway partners (Stripe/PayPal), ensuring your financial data remains uncompromised.

  • Currency: All invoices are generated in USD unless otherwise specified.


6. Late Payments & The “Grace Period” Ladder

We understand that sometimes payments fail or cards expire. Our timeline for overdue accounts is designed to be fair but firm.

  • Day 1 (Due Date): Invoice is generated. System attempts auto-charge.

  • Day 1 to Day 3 (Grace Period): If payment fails, your service remains active. We will send daily reminders to your registered email.

  • Day 4 (Suspension): If the invoice remains unpaid, the service is Suspended.

    • Impact: Your website goes offline, and API access to your VPS is blocked. However, your data remains intact on our drives.

  • Day 30 (Termination): If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, the service is considered “Abandoned.”

    • Impact: The server instance is terminated, and all data is permanently wiped to free up resources for other clients. Data recovery is impossible after this stage.


7. Cancellations

You are the captain of your ship. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Procedure: Cancellations must be requested via the Client Area before the next renewal date.

  • Immediate vs. End-of-Term: You may choose to cancel “Immediately” (terminating the server now) or “At End of Billing Period” (keeping the server running until your prepaid time runs out).

  • No Partial Refunds: As per our Refund Policy, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle once it has started.


8. Pricing Updates

The hosting industry is subject to fluctuating energy and hardware costs. Eleven Orbits reserves the right to modify subscription rates. However:

  • Price Lock: We will never change the price of a current billing cycle.

  • Notice: You will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price changes affecting your renewal.

9. Billing Disputes

If you see a charge you do not recognize, please contact us immediately.

  • Support: support@elevenorbits.com

  • Dispute Policy: Initiating a chargeback with your bank without first contacting our support team will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account and all associated services. Let’s talk first—we are here to help.
